Day 14 at Borrego State Park

Well, we had good intentions about hiking today, but I lost a crown last night and needed to get to a dentist today.  He only works 4 days a week and only 6 hours a day so I had to take a 12:45pm appointment today when I could get it or wait until next week.

After the dental appointment we did head out for a hike (a short one) and drove by our "best ever" RV park - Springs at Borrego.  Out of curiosity we stopped in just to see what was available in the near term.  Ended up booking 6 (and may turn into 9) days at the resort.  Only one site available in the forseeable (sp) future so without taking time to think about what to do next after leaving the State Park - I just booked it for the date beginning Feb 1.  It meant we had to rebook one more night here at the State Park, but looking  online at ReserveAmerica discovered the site we are in now was available for one, and only one, more night. Took it!

Guess we are here in Borrego at least until Feb 10th!  Not a problem - we love it here.  We really have no desire to leave.

No pictures because I still don't have my computer problem solved.  Someone was to show up today to take a look at it but was a no-show.  Brother Tim sent me software from home and will arrive tomorrow.  So one way or the other, I'll be up and running tomorrow even if I have to reload everything on Ellen's computer.
